After many years in the real estate business, I understand how to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you while protecting your best interests. I am discreet with regard to how much information is revealed to the other parties regarding your motivation and where we stand in the process. It takes sensitivity, experience, and a sixth sense for how other people will respond, as well as bold confidence, in order to negotiate effectively.
Once we are under contract, I will be by your side throughout the entire home inspection process. This includes helping with additional inspections, making contractor referrals, handling specialty services such as sewer, mold, radon and roofers, basically anything you need. After attending hundreds of inspections, I know how fight for you: negotiating repairs and credits, making sure nothing is missed, treating your future property as if it was my own. I am your full service advocate.
Post appraisal and closing, I get to hand you the keys to your new home, which is the most fulfilling and rewarding moment for me.
