Working with Sellers


When I am working with sellers, my primary goal is to target and attract the most interested buyers in order to obtain the highest possible sales price in the shortest amount of time. It is critical for me to understand what is important to my sellers and to make the process as stress-free as possible. I try to facilitate straightforward negotiations and a smooth final transaction in order to make the experience as pleasant as I can.


The first step in listing a home is to prepare a CMA for my clients.  A CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) is the foundation for determining fair market value. I provide a thorough analysis of the market, present my findings, and make some recommendations.

The second step is to prepare the home for sale in an efficient and cost effective manner. When selling your home, appearance and pricing are key factors. I am committed and knowledgeable about how to make your house as attractive as possible for a potential buyer. We will walk through your home with an eye toward what a buyer would want, then i make recommendations but it is up to the seller to decide which changes to make or not make. Also, I can provide you with the names of trusted professionals to help with whatever you may need. Finally, we will make the finishing touches together as we prepare your home for showings. 


This is one of my favorite ways to help my clients - small improvements can make a huge difference, whether it is replacing a shower door, applying a fresh coat of paint, or updating fixtures; and I often find myself advising my sellers NOT to spend money they don't need to spend.

Marketing Materials

My marketing support materials go beyond the conventional and can include a video, extensive internet exposure on both real estate websites as well as social media outlets, "hosted" open houses, and print advertising. My marketing plan is active, highly coordinated and focused in order to maximize the likelihood of a quick and smooth sale.  Communication is crucial and I will keep you informed with timely updates on showings, inquiries, and feedback. I will also provide weekly reports detailing current market activity.


I will guide you through the entire process from beginning to end, by your side as we move through each step, until the sale is final. I am happiest knowing that my clients are completely satisfied both with my commitment and involvement as well as with the outcome.
